Nola Couture
Nola Couture celebrates the spirit of New Orleans with locally-inspired ties, bow ties, and accessories for men and boys.
Born in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, NOLA Couture was founded in 2006 by Cecile Hardy as a way to lift spirits and help rebuild the local economy during one of the most difficult chapters in New Orleans' history. What started as a heartfelt response to tragedy quickly became a beloved celebration of everything that makes the Crescent City one of a kind.
Hardy launched the brand with a men's tie line featuring twelve original designs, each one a love letter to New Orleans — from the iconic Fleur de Lis to NOLAgators and Shrimp Cocktail, prints that remain fan favorites to this day. From the beginning, Hardy turned to her customers for inspiration, and that collaborative spirit has defined the brand ever since.
Over the years, NOLA Couture has grown into a full accessories line that includes custom-designed ties, bow ties, and belts for men and boys, along with children's items, pet accessories, and homeware. In 2016, the brand took a major step forward by acquiring NOLA Sewn, a local manufacturing facility where the majority of NOLA Couture accessories are now produced — keeping the work, and the pride, right here in New Orleans.
